This position involves managing a multi-line phone system, filing customer invoices, greeting customers, and overall clerical duties. Successful applicant must have a pleasing and professional customer service oriented personality. Candidate should act professionally, be detail oriented, organized, be a team player, and have excellent verbal/written skills, preferably in Microsoft applications.
